Question:  My company has repeated business with the same customer and we would like to send a feedback request out every time we service the customer.

Answer:  If a customer has left a feedback already –  the follow up or second feedback would overwrite the existing feedback. When importing a customer list, only non existing customers will be imported to avoid duplicate customer accounts. However, we are looking into various options to allow for “repeat business” feedback in future updates to MagicRating.
